Varus Saveti za Bot, Patch 16.22

Invest in Blighted Quiver early to make it easier to harass enemy champions and last-hit minions. Use Piercing Arrow quickly in close-range combat rather than charging it, and use its long range to snipe enemies before a fight begins.
