Collect chimes to empower your attacks, but don't leave your lane partner alone for too long. Give Caretaker's Shrine time to charge for more healing. Be careful, as enemies can use your Magical Journey and your ultimate can freeze allies too.

Tips

Use Cosmic Binding [Q] and basic attacks to contest lane. Try to stun enemies with Cosmic Binding [Q] when Thresh uses Dark Passage (W) for a gank or use Tempered Fate [R] to stop them from approaching altogether. If your allied AD champion is targeted by Thresh, try to use Tempered Fate [R] on enemy AD champion and finish Thresh off first.
