Use Cosmic Binding [Q] and basic attacks to contest lane. Try to stun enemies with Cosmic Binding [Q] when Thresh uses Dark Passage (W) for a gank or use Tempered Fate [R] to stop them from approaching altogether. If your allied AD champion is targeted by Thresh, try to use Tempered Fate [R] on enemy AD champion and finish Thresh off first.
