Lux-Vex duo carry. Unending Despair Wincon. Strong level 5 board, roll to 33 gold after krugs to find 1 costs and ezreal. Can sub rageblade on lux instead of shojin, but usually isnt necessary unless you get two bows early. Leona is incredible strong at 3 stars, if you can greed for leona 3 it makes your late game significantly better. Vex offsets Lux's lack of AOE and lets you use crit items with the rebel AP. Zoe Heimer good for antiheal. Going 10 isnt usually worth it or possible, unless you winstreak with unending despair.
Lux has become somewhat popular, watch for contests. Irelia and Vex are usually uncontested, which is what makes this comp strong IMO. Academy crown only if the sponsered item is good.
