Vi Tips for Jungle, Patch 16.22

Vault Breaker deals double damage when fully charged, making it great for finishing off fleeing enemies. Use Excessive Force on enemies hiding behind minions, as all targets take full damage. Cease and Desist is a strong engage tool, but be careful not to get too far ahead of your team.
