Vladimir is a top-tier late-game scaling mage; prioritize maximizing AP and Ability Haste with the Horizon Focus-Rabadon's Deathcap build. His lane phase is stronger than often perceived. Choose Ignite for kill pressure or Ghost for enhanced teamfight carry potential. He boasts excellent sustain and invulnerability, but can be vulnerable to anti-heal items or specific bruisers.
