One Fan Service is essential. Hitting for a 3-star Neeko and including two copies while adding in Jinx to build up the Star Guardian synergy is the best. If you can get Xayah and Rakan to 3-star, I recommend going for 4 Star Guardians or 4 Bastion at level 8. Avoid 4 Exiles. The deck below is a build-up to Star Guardians in case you don’t get a 3-star Neeko.
