Little Beachside Smoothie Bar with Volleyball Court

Since smoothies released in the DLC, I wanted to build a nice little smoothie shop on the beach in my town! Added a volleyball court on the beach too (and next to that is a gym area as well, so it fits with that too). Right now I just have Dragonair living inside, because she didn't have a proper home yet. Who do you think would fit well to run a smoothie shop?
