Do not play Twitch as a support; it's detrimental to the team. Only use him as an Attack Damage Carry (ADC). His laning phase is very weak and easily pushed, so pick him carefully against favorable matchups and play cautiously. While a well-fed Twitch boasts immense carry potential, he becomes useless if he falls behind, making him a high-risk, high-reward champion.
