Use champions like Irelia or Fiora against Aatrox in the top lane for better sustain. Avoid picking ranged champions like Vayne or Varus, as Aatrox can easily kill them in the early levels. As a support, use Glacial Augment and focus on controlling bushes to apply pressure.
