Play if Glove opener/Akali or Noc drops on neutrals->guaranteed Top4 if uncontested.
Stabilise off of Akali 2 with JG/HoJ ASAP Third item is important later, but JG HoJ Akali 2* easily streaks Stage 3. Can play for winstreak Stage 2 if you hit JG + healing and Akali in opener.
Akali wants HoJ+JG+1(+1 can be 2nd HoJ, healing (BT) or Rabadons, all are good depending on which augments & items you hit) BT slam early is good, move to Noc/Ambessa later.
If you 3*Noc, secondary carry him. If you don't, itemise Ambessa. Either way, slam AD items like Titans, BT and EoN.
Antiheal and Shred can go on backline (Morello/Shiv) or frontline (Sunfire/Spark). Akali and Magic shred should be on the same side.
Rebel Spat is great on Noc or Ambessa, aim for 5 Rebel with Irelia & Illaoi +1 (Can be Sett, Zoe or Jinx). Can cap board with 5 rebel even without Spat if you 3* Akali / Noc early and push levels (see Lategame board below).
Augments: Adrenaline Burst is amazing, especially with an itemised Ambessa. Quickstriker Crest is bait, you CAN drop TF but he is a good Morello / Shiv applier and you don't gain much from the boardspace. Rebel Crest is great. Any team combat aug. is great, eg. pumping up / bulky buddies / superstar. Support and Artifact are good.
Anomaly:
Bully / Comeback Story on Akali, depending on current HP, lobby HP & whether other players are playing RR comps, too. Into the unknown is fun, but sub-par.
Items:
Can use AD&AP items, highest prio component are Gloves for JG HoJ. Make antiheal/Shred items depending on what you have: many rods -> DCAP & Morello. Many chains? Titan's, EoN and Sunfire. Etc.
Artifacts / Support Items:
Randuin's is amazing, especially with Immovable Object. Makes Akali & Noc tankier, so they aren't bursted & is amazing value for frontline.
Zhonya's is good on Akali (HoJ+JG+Zhonya's).
DD is good on Noc / Ambessa.
Trenchcoat is amazing on Ambessa when combined with BT.
Hullcrusher/Spectral are both ok.
RFC/Fishbones are good on Noc.
