This comp has been helping me win...once i hit jinx and get items on her until then depending on how you are able to sustain and level. I also recommend putting all of jinx's items on gangplank until you hit jinx all items work well on him and can be transferred over later. If you are able to go 9 or 10 Vi or Sevika are good additions.
