Rammus's current performance is very poor; it's best to avoid him unless you are highly skilled or have a specific team composition. He has low carry potential, so focus on enabling teammates by providing strong initiations and protecting your primary damage dealers. Recent patches have reduced the efficiency of his W and E, making sustained tanking and damage dealing much harder than before.
