The bonus movement speed granted by Karma’s Inspire/Defiance (E) makes her a difficult target to hit, so try to use Eye of Destruction (W) first and chain it with Arcanopulse [Q]. Use Shocking Orb [E] only when Karma closes in to use Focused Resolve/Renewal(W) or when trying to get a kill.
