Cosmic Radiance (R) is a powerful skill, but Vel’Koz can use Tectonic Disruption [E] to prevent the enemy from closing in altogether. Try to focus on dealing damage to enemy AD champion instead of Taric. Always keep enemy jungler’s position in mind as Taric is adept in setting up ganks.
