Veigar Counters for Middle, Patch 16.18

Although Kassadin is very weak during early game, Veigar is also very weak early game. Kassadin can mitigate [Q] with his magic shield on (Q), as well as travel freely across [E] with (R) post-level 6 for a kill. However, Veigar can easily nuke Kassadin during late game with only [Q]-[R] if he stacked up on [P], so focus on stacking up [P] if the game is progressing towards late game.
