Opt for Conqueror, Presence of Mind, Ability Haste, Manaflow Band, Scorch runes, and take Ghost for mobility instead of Phase Rush. The Rod of Ages, Archangel's Staff, Riftmaker build is strong, especially in lower ELOs, covering early trades and scaling. Make good use of Ryze's passive movement speed, and against Sylas, avoid his chains to win sustained damage trades.
