Quinn is excellent as a counter-pick against melee carries, and her E can interrupt enemy dashes.
After level 6, use her ultimate to quickly roam to other lanes and exert global map pressure.
With superior mobility, ranged attacks, and CC, she is strong in lane and small skirmishes.
