Leona Counters for Support, Patch 16.13

Avoid being hit with all of Xerath’s abilities. Try to gain experience without being punished during level 1, while aiming for a kill when you reach level 2 or 3! While on level 2~3, try to remove as much of Xerath’s health and potions in order to prevent him from playing aggressively later on.
