Heimerdinger Counters for Top, Patch 16.10

Lure Mordekaiser towards your turrets[Q] after being pulled by his (E), and use [E] once he steps in range of the turrets. After reaching level 6, try to maintain 3 stocks of turrents [Q] to use them all at once you get pulled in by his (R). Once inside Mordekaiser’s (R), deploy [R]-[Q] and [Q] turrets while you stun with [E] and deal damage with [W] to counterplay for a kill. Be careful of being caught inside (R) without any stock of [Q], as you will not be able to deal damage once inside.
