When Renekton approaches through his (E), use your [E] to fling him in the opposite direction to run away. You can get a favorable exchange if he decides to chase you afterwards, or have successfully avoided his approach if he does not pursue; with either results giving you the upper hand. However, Renekton can easily land a kill with his (W) if your health is low, so use recall to fill up your health.
